Kwik-Com / Flat Pack Modular Office Range

KWIK - COM range of  Flatpack office units / canteens / drying rooms are totally unique to the market and are the only fully flatpack office accommodation that are man-portable.
These large  office cabins arrive flat packed, are man portable and can be erected in previously inaccessible locations. Assembly time is normally approx 1 hour and the only tools required is a socket set.
All Cabins are manufactured from fully galvanised steel with exterior painting in RAL 6005 (green) and  RAL 9002 white on the interior. The larger 6m Cabin has Ral 9002 White on the exterior and interior
The units have rain  water guttering on the roof and feature double glazed windows fitted as standard, fully insulated with the inside bright and spacious and walls finished to a high standard and suitable for surface mounted electrics.
Once assembled the unit can be moved by crane or forklift and can be easily disassembled back to flatpack form if required at a later date. These cabins can be linked side to side or end to end by special  (optional ) linking kits to create even more space if required.

Kwik-Com Modular cabins come with 1 x door and 2 x double glazed windows as standard. The door and windows can be situated anywhere in the wall  frame to suit individual needs. Additional door and windows can be purchased and placed within the structure.


Wall panels are 50 mm polyurethane sandwich panels consisting of  outer and inner skin with 5 micron primer, 20 micron finishing coat on galvanised steel sheet .60 mm / powder coated in green RAL 6005Interior of cabin is 0.60 galvanised steel powder coated paint in RAL 9002  off white colour.


The roof structure is similar to wall panels comprising of .60mm powder coated box profile galvanised steel with internal gutters for rain water removal. The roof structure also has 50mm thickness polystyrene sandwich panel, interior surface painted in  powder coated RAL 9002 (off white)


The outer support coloums  consist of a series of electrostatically powder coated steel profiles (RAL6005) which are min. 2.0mm in thickness


The Chassis design currently follows for a live load of 200kg/m2 ( evenly  distributed) Floor consists of 18mm OSB board covered with 2mm PVC Linoleum. The floor sections do not have insulation fitted.


Standard door frame is constructed using 1.20 mm  cold formed galvanised steel sheet with outer door surface having .60 mm galvanised steel sheet   powder coated ( RAL 6005 green) with a honeycombed insulation sandwich. An outer cylinder barrel lock is fitted complete with steel door handles.


The windows are standard PVC double glazed  with glazing pack 4+14+4 mm
